Returns Policy
For all requests to return product(s), please ensure that you notify Retail Appliance Parts by phone or e-mail within 7 days of the invoice date. Once the request has been submitted within this time, we will endeavour to respond to you within 7 working days. Due to the high volume of orders and stock being handled, only returns with Goods Return Authority (GRA) will be accepted for credit. Restocking fees may apply and will be advised at the time of issuing the GRA.
Please note that some of our suppliers do not accept returns, please contact us prior to ordering to confirm if a part is returnable or not. All “special order / on request” items cannot be cancelled or returned for any reason other than it being faulty.
We do not offer change of mind returns, if you are not sure of the part you require, please reach out to our friendly team before ordering.
